Not at all.
We don't have any explanation for what a coincidence is. We often struggle to figure out why "something occurred at this time, or under these circumstances", and we call it a coincidence because we cannot explain it.
A miracle although similar, is used in cases where things that are extremely unlikely or almost impossible to happen, but do without explanation.
The case you mentioned, I wouldn't associate with a miracle or coincidence as a good health and healthy lifestyle are actual explanations for those kind of cases.
