That's funny, because she's never actually named Luke to the press. Whenever she's been "shady" it's only at concerts, and again... she doesn't even name names.
Considering she was verbally and physically abused by him, and was in rehab only last year because he caused an eating disorder, I think that gives her a right to bad mouth him.
