I honestly thought it wasn't as good as Beyoce's at first to be honest but the more i watch it again the more i realize it literally surpassed any Halftime show ever. It was impeccable.

I think it showcased what is both good and bad about Katy. Enjoyable but forgettable.

Good: She's got fun, crowd pleasing songs and a sense of humour that allows for easy entertainment. She knows who she is and what people want from her. This gets the audience in a comfortable place - they're prepared to enjoy themselves.

Bad: You could take her out of the performance and it'd be much the same. It was fun because of the hits and production - not her. She lacks the ability to own the stage by herself. There's something inherently disinteresting about her as an artist. There's no suspense, thrill or impressiveness watching her.

I don't feel it's unfair to say someone in a shark costume stealing the show said a lot.

Still like it as much as I did the first time, but it's not the best. Beyonce's is better (not even going to compare ha to MJ etc.)
