This is a girl who lives for paparazzi and has no problem showing her breasts and/or bum in magazines and photo shoots. Kim doesn't really care. She's probably just embarrassed it was eith Ray J of all people. That, plus she doesn't know how to give good head. Those are the only thing she might be embarrassed of.
