They might not (and they most likely will)... but if you wanted to be not be bullied and referred to as the gender you actually are, then it would probably be in your best interest to disclose that to someone in charge.

Yeah this basically. And in a school environment it's not like you're even gonna know a mtf has a penis unless they make it obvious or tell you. (vice versa too)

Also I've seen too many people talk about not allowing it in schools and one of the biggest excuses is ''how will a teacher decide who's telling the truth or not?''

Like, do those people realize that trans students actually have to show proof to the principal that they have gender dysphoria? They don't just say they identify as ____ and ask to be included in their bathrooms etc

Unisex bathrooms are still the best option tho!
