This thing tests for antibodies to diseases that isnt made clear until weeks after exposure. Isn't that period when you're MUCH more likely to spread HIV?
You can pass HIV to you someone without having any detectable antibodies after becoming infected.
Also, if you don't see how a portable & reusable HIV testing machine will lead to more unsafe sex/promiscuity............

Err...how would regular people living in third world countries be able to afford this? Unless this product doesn't need a smart phone or tablet.
Regardless, it doesn't encourage "promiscuity"; it encourages safety.

I guess you do have a point but smart phones and tablets have become very affordable over the years. I think the majority of people own a smart phone in 2015.
It doesn't encourage safety because after seeing your sex partner is "negative" you'd be much more likely to **** raw.
