I work at a gym but I hate training there. The last place you want to spend your free time is at work. I only go in to do a BodyAttack/Yoga/Pilates class every once in a while.
Otherwise I train in my bedroom. I have a chin-up/dip station, a squat rack, a bench press with an adjustable seat and a dumbbell set all in my bedroom in front of a giant mirror on the wall. I like to train in my undies and dance around to pop music in between sets.
Really? So all the work you achieved on your body was mostly from home exercises?
