A lot of y'all seem to be missing his point

He's not saying employees shouldn't wash their hands, he's saying it shouldn't be regulated by the government that they be required to. As gross as that sounds, he argues that customers will take their business elsewhere if they find out so employers themselves will require that employees wash their hands without needing to be told to by the government.
But the article rightfully points out that requiring a sign that says you don't require employees to wash their hands is basically the same thing as regulating that they do so his opinion is pointless
