If I see any employee at a restaurant use the restroom without washing their hands,I'm leaving the restaurant AND notifying the manager.

Under an OMFG TOTES FREE AND **** market, education will also be controlled by the market. Then, the masses of children who couldn't get in to the good schools will become illiterate since no teachers will want to work at the schools where the ghetto ratchet and meth head children attend. When they go to Starbucks, they won't be able to read the "LOL we ain't gun wash our hands bitch" sign and thus contract a whole slew of normally rare bacteria and intestinal diseases like Salmonella and dysentery. Then many will die and nobody will go to ANY restaurant, much less the doo-doo hands Starbucks.

He's not saying employees shouldn't wash their hands, he's saying it shouldn't be regulated by the government that they be required to. As gross as that sounds, he argues that customers will take their business elsewhere if they find out so employers themselves will require that employees wash their hands without needing to be told to by the government.

But the article rightfully points out that requiring a sign that says you don't require employees to wash their hands is basically the same thing as regulating that they do so his opinion is pointless

He is right if people find out about something like that people will take their business elsewhere. How do you even regulate something like this? It's impossible you have to be unlucky enough as a customer to see an employee doing it. Then you have to prove it.

A better law would be to require protective gloves while handling food and make them use a sanitizer prior to putting on said gloves.
