True. BITT had a g0dly amount of US views tho, so it probs def would've went T10. The song was everywhere Summer 2012, so it seems plausible too.
You bringing up DIOE reminds me of when people thot she was gonna do an iconic music vidya for it and she dropped a tour video as the music video.
Yeah, it still sold 1M which is nice.
Super Bass consumed it, either way. They both were released at the same time, and there really wasn't a chance, but that's my ****. A video would've been swell.
The fact Katie keeps going to the Grammys. I would never.
I think Mariah stopped going until TEOM sweeped nominations after they kept Katy'ing her, specifically after the Daydream record snub.
Katy is nominated year in and year out, but she has never suffered the embarrassment of losing six categories in one night (a few in which she was considered the frontrunner to win) on national television. It's understandable why Mariah was salty for all those years.
Katy has never been the frontrunner to win any Grammy. Most people wouldn't notice that she is Grammy-less if it weren't from the Internet Monsters always poking fun at it.

Oh I just was on YT and Check It Out passed 100M views today. The song that made me like her during PF.
It was like the 2nd song I ever got on iTunes too.
With all of that said, if Ed and Sam split the vote in Pop Album, I can see the award going to Katy. I find it hard to believe "Dark Horse" would win Pop Duo, but I'll be happy to take my L if I'm wrong.

I don't think anything would make me saltier than the year Felicity Huffman, Marcia Cross and Teri Hatcher were all nominated in the same categories at the Golden Globes AND Emmy's while Eva Longoria was paid dust

Has Katy Perry ever encountered an awards show that she wouldn't attend? She'd probably perform her new single at the Employee of the Month ceremony for her local Wal-Mart if it would help her reach #1.

Poor Eva
Was this before or after the photo shoot drama? They probably all just hated Teri for getting nominated Even in the interviews for the show's final season, you could tell no one wanted Teri. I can't believe they made it so many seasons
Just a week after the Super Bowl, Katy Perry is coming with yet another live spectacular.
Billboard has learned that Perry is preparing a performance for this weekend's Grammy Awards. The singer is planning to bring "By the Grace of G*d," a touching ballad off her latest album Prism. Perry described the song, where she details contemplating suicide, in a 2013 Billboard cover story saying, "That song is evident of how tough it really was at a certain point. I asked myself, 'Do I want to endure? Should I continue living?'"
