except not only bullied, but pretty much everything in the world
It's difficult to put this in practice but you're at your strongest when you admit things get to you and when you allow yourself to let yourself go, when you listen to your feelings and the wounds that you carry. We're only human after all so let's not close ourselves to happiness because of defenses we created from places of pain.
