Lol. In what way would he have been able to do it privately? It's not like he's some nobody trying to get fame by doing this. He's already famous. The paparazzi has already been following him around. There's no way this would've been private.

I mean... if he's literally transitioning and willing to put it on a reality show... he deserves a few drags. (then again I suppose it could be helpful for other people?)

Why would they?
If Bruce is (no one of the Kardashian family or Bruce has confirmed this) transitioning, they probably know people will see them as a freak (something they are already doing even without confirmation) so they might as well bank something out of this.
