IWould you ever work as a teacher or a professor at college? Which of them is hardest?

Being a professor, you get to work with adults, while as a teacher, you can work with teens.

Professor easily! They make more money and get the same holidays as teachers

I'd rather be an elementary school teacher. I had actually considered that as a possible career path.

Well the stuff professors teach is more interesting but sometimes you have to do research and it's a very demanding career so you don't get much time for your hobbies, family and friends. Teaching allows for more time but it's also less stimulating and teenagers are not very mature. Unless you teach in a private school or charter school which is what I want to do for at least a couple years after graduating from college.

I thought about this, if I retired today I could be a teacher. Money isn't an issue so I would rather teach younger students and carry a gun.

- You aren't working with kids
- You don't have to pretend like you care about any of the students
- You get to pick your hours
- You get more money
