I think we as fans want the best for Beyoncé. And personally, I feel like the "BEYONCÉ" era could've been much bigger than it is, even without traditional promo. Her team had a well-executed plan for the launch of the album, but they didn't have a plan in place for what happens after. That's the disappointing part, it could've been bigger in terms of commercial success. And her label is to blame too, they can push and plan her singles properly and get her played if they really wanted to.
