Things like targeting one or more groups and dishing out 1's to all their songs. I'm not saying don't give out 1's, go for it! Just be reasonable with your rates.
I won't be doing anything about biased rates. All groups have received an equal amount of 10's so far but with every 10 a song gets somebody else has given it a lower rating which balances everything so it shouldn't be an issue.
