Clean shave my face and trim armpits religiously (the latter since hairy armpits = stinky armpits
), trim pubes and cakes when I'm not too lazy/going to
see someone. I leave everything else as is, arm/leg/back/chest hair is fine, or at least to the degree which mine grows out
I'm much harder on my own appearance, so on other guys body hair is among the least of my worries, but I just prefer if they don't look
sloppy.
