It's a Malay traditional which we called it as 'sambal'.
Made with chillies, some onions added with little bit of lime juice, this food usually served with fresh veggies. Don't ever try it if you can't withstand with its extremely spicy sensation which probably burn your whole mouth.
Wait never mind. I remember one time my Chinese friend gave me this thing that looked like a green pepper and IT WAS SO HOT!! I thought my throat was closing.
It was some chili at a party it was insane, I have had chili with bhut jolokia (ghost pepper) but this was even hotter. They keep growing these damn peppers with higher levels of capsaicin so it might have been really strong ghost pepper chili. Pretty soon we will be eating police grade pepper spray.
