I don't know why you guys are suprised, the heart of Mormon culture lies in Utah. Mormons require dresses and shorts to be past the knees, and sleeves that go half way to the elbow.

They do. And they run the government as well. Utah might as well be a theocracy. The Mormon Church runs everything and the state officials are their puppets. I hate it
