I stopped buying from A&W Canada because they changed their traditional foil packaging, which they used to promote for decades as part of their standard of quality and care towards customers, an important sign of how they differed from other fast-food joints - to a cheap, crappy piece of paper which doesn't even fully cover your burger - destroying a unique tradition designed to keep your burger warm, something cherished for decades, gone - and then they lied and claimed it was for "environmental" reasons when it was in truth just a cost-cutting measure, designed to cheapen the product - I uncovered evidence of their franchisees complaining about the "expensive" foil wrappers they used to use. The foil wrappers made the difference. Now that they're gone I may as well just go to Mc-****ing-Donalds if I want to eat CRAP! Yes, I am furious and I have every right to be.
