Y'all need to chill out seriously. Rihanna will not go back to her LOUD promo days and she does not do Taylor-like promo. Why would it be different this time? You're fooling yourselves if you think she's going to start promoting like crazy starting today or something, lmao. I expect this to continue for some days tbh.
And that's a good thing ? when she was releasing a single every two months during 6 years, it was more than understandable but after 2 years you would think they had a bigger plan up their sleeves for the lead single ...
Which makes me think it's not the ****ing lead single that was initially planned.
It's a last mintute **** up offered by Kanye and Rih said: why not ? this will make the navy wait through the Home era.
If i was Rih i would've of said yes too, especially if i can release it under my label and gain some more money. And of course Kanye would say yes since he's a flop and this would only help him get some more exposure. It benefits both side.

nnnn I feel you, sis. I wanted a bigger promo campaign for the first few days, too but it's Rih and I've decided to accept that she's not the biggest promo pop gurl, unfortunately
wasn't it almost +9.000 just from pop yesterday? or was that when it had the radio deal?
Songs gain around 800-1000 spins in a single day when they have a 1-day radio deal. The only notable exceptions were Born This Way (1800+ spins) and Shake It Off (2000+ spins). FFS actually had a very good 1st day (1030 spins) and today's gain, while lower than yesterday's, is still pretty good I'd say, so I wouldn't mind if it continued like this for the rest of the week

@rihanna's #FourFiveSeconds gains +2140 total spins on Top 40 / Mainstream making it the #1 most played song in the past 24 hrs.
