I have no problem with white people having rap or RnB music but I do think the Grammys are more "accomodating" to them simply because of their colour. You saying that someone using the word racism is embarrassing, when perhap you've never encountered it yourself is ridiculous.

I completely agree with your point, but to call the Grammy voters racist is very silly because there are most certainly other factors. When say Beyoncé is submitted for the general categories and the r&b categories she is likely to receive votes to be in both by the voters but because she has been submitted for both categories it's likely that the votes will be split and she might not end up in the general category. If R&B artists who also contributed to pop music and were only submitted to general categories I feel like there would definitely be more representation in the general categories.
