fff gal we aren't ever getting better ads even with a new server. A new server isn't gonna fix their ad providers giving them terrible ads so they have enough money to do anything to fix the site which is why mods/admins have never once talked about the ads going away.
I've found disabling JavaScript while strictly browsing the site (Settings > Safari > Advanced for iPhone/iPad/iPod) helps ads completely go away. You'll have to enable it on other sites though since some become useless sites you can't click around on without javascript.

Ban the guests from 2/7 - 2/9 at the very least.
