First of all, Rih and Katy's star power isn't even on the same level as Taylor. Taylor sells ALBUMS + singles and I'm assuming her tour numbers are good.
Rih and Katy are on the next level though.
And Bey is a legend who is above all of these girls. The fact that we still talk about her being in "competition" as if she isn't almost on her 20th year in the biz
And just to be clear, besides #1 singles (which a lot come from collabs and radio deals) Bey tops Rihanna in EVERY way- albums sales, tour, magazines, awards, critical acclaim etc. etc. and Rih is younger and this should be her time
