^ I thought that the dark horse video would flop IF it had a Grammy-performance theme video, it would already cross the 1 billion by now. Katy will have two videos with 800M views, insane I hope one fellow popstar doesn't do the same tho Umich, are Dark Horse, Roar and Firework going to receive diamond certifications?

I'm going to start updating the stats this week. I'll start with OotB and work my way thru. I'll gather all of the U.S. receipts. If someone wants to help gather other countries' receipts for the ones that are missing (or outdated), it'll be much appreciated.

Firework should be close to it, definitely.

Roar and DH should be receiving them in the next year or so. I forget what the conversion rate for streams to sales is (I think it's on the RIAA site), but they should be in the 8-9 million range in digital sales + stream-equivalent sales.

Umich YAS at the OP Have a nice start sis Katycats, I think we should all provide information about Katy's worldwide sales to Umich, let's not play the 'local' role to the most global female artist of 2013.

Secondly, what an iconic day would be when Katy is going to receive 3 diamond certifications for Roar, Firework and Dark Horse I wouldn't like to be part of a specific fandom that day

Maybe this will help? They have full chart runs, peaks, certifications, and their own estimations too.

Hmmm they are kind of underestimating her.

I'd love to work on the WW estimating for albums soon

One Of The Boys ended 2009 with ~2.8 million according to Mediatraffic.

450k in the US
~200k in the UK
~100K Germany (based on certifications and longevity)
~100k France (based on certifications and longevity)
~80,000 Australia

= ~3,730,000

Considering it has great catalog sales over the world, I'd say it's over 4 million and with the Superbowl she's probably gonna get closer to 3.8 million with these sales only.

 PRISM
US: 1,560,000
UK: ~400,000
Australia: ~400,000
Canada: 240,000
France: 130,000
Germany: 110,000
Italy: ~40,000
Mexico: ~130,000
New Zealand: 35,000
Brazil: 60,000
Japan: 90,000
Sweden: ~50,000
Austria: 30,000

= 3,250,000 with 13 countries only! I didn't even include all certifications + a lot of countries.

Mediatraffic has it at 3,430,000 but i think it's definitely at 3,550,000.

Teenage Dream (6.5M) + PRISM ( 3.55M) + OOTB (4M)

= 14,05 million albums sold.
