I WANT to like this---I love the concept and the indie/stripped sound....the lyrics are there--but the weird sounds are off-putting and Rihanna's voice is all over the place. I like the idea that it's not a perfect vocal performance but at times she seems a bit sharp and screechy...I could jam to this but it also could've been better.

I've always loved this sound, but I never imagined Queen Rih would deliver it. She did. And she did it perfectly. Ohmygod. I'm such a happy stan right now. So glad it's not some ghetto ratchet **** as the lead single.
