But here's video of some old dude getting profiled and attacked and then we see multiple people gang up on him WHILE he yells that he has a conceal & carry. The Walmart employee didn't even stop to do his job as security and check the guy's ID until the police came. He was clearly given unfair and unusual treatment.

The security has no legal right to check the guys ID.
In fact the only time the police can ask for your ID is when you are driving and that's it. If they stop you walking on the street they have no right to ask for your ID unless they suspect you for a crime. Ask them if they are detaining you and if they are not just politely excuse yourself and tell them you are running late. If they are detaining you then it’s in your best interest to cooperate and not act belligerent.
I encountered this at school on the streets of Ann Arbor when a group of friend and I were walking with open alcohol in cups. The police rolled up on us and we all tossed our drinks but I kept my cup. So the cops came to me and asked what’s in the cup and I said nothing officer and showed him, he asked for my name, I gave it, because they can ask for names. He asked for my ID and I asked if I was being detained and he said no. I told him I had a beer at a party but I finished it at the party and explained we were walking home. He never asked for my ID again. However, everyone else got tickets for littering because they threw their cups to the ground.
