Some women genuinely don't know they're pregnant until they go into labour. 1 in 25,000.
Edit: Did a bit of research:
Irregular menstrual cycles or women who are obese may be less likely to realise they are pregnant, also stress can cause the fetus to produce low levels of the hormone HCG, which would cause milder, potentially unnoticeable pregnancy symptoms..
