Now that I've actually watched the video, I stand by what I just said. They were so rational with their argument and even broke down the major points:
1) Listing off random credentials like "#1 Australian, white female" is stupid. (does Rihanna ever go about saying she's the #1 Female from Barbados charting on Top 40? Nope
)
2) Acting like she sparked a change because of the above is super silly because it's just a convoluted title. There's been white females embraced by hip hop before plus people of many ethnicities and races accepted as well.
3) Hot97 has supported her since day 1 so turning your back on them is a dumb move
4) She signed up to be a celeb and melting down over everything that makes you a celeb (positive and negative) won't help you last.
5) Hip Hop culture is always about debates, open competition, criticism and just speaking up in general so don't get mad when people do those things towards you and act like it's because you're an Australian, white female that's #1 so, it's bullying and you're the victim.
