Canadian tennis sensation Eugenie Bouchard was surprised, if not shocked, when a male on-court commentator conducting a post-match interview at the Australian Open made an unusual request: "Can you give us a twirl?"
"A twirl?" the 20-year-old Canadian asked.
The post-match presenter, Ian Cohen, working for Australia's Channel 7, then repeated the question to 20-year-old Eugenie Bouchard to do a “twirl, like a pirouette,” and show off her pink outfit to the Melbourne crowd at the Australian Open.
"I don't know, an old guy asking you to twirl. It was funny," Bouchard said. The 'old guy' she's referring to is Ian Cohen (pictured below.)
According to USA Today, Serena Williams had a mixed reaction to being asked to twirl:
“I didn’t really want to twirl because I was just like, you know, I don’t need all the extra attention. But, yeah, it was fine."

not me skimming through the op and reading this as "twirl, like a prostitute"
Not me they seem very illogical to me. Like they can't fathom anyone with different opinions . I for one stay away from that crowd.
Feminism is not illogical. I think you're spending too much time on Tumblr reading crazy people's thoughts. I've read your posts before and your views align with basic feminism.
