In 2003 sales were much bigger.Just like with her previous albums lead singles (Toxic and MATM)were released only to radio to push album sales.
Also according to stans it's her best album and the only one with grammy win. In b4 radio ban and global sales.Radio ban was already over and Toxic peaked at #1 on Pop and outside of States album was certified more than double platinum only in Canada.

Gosh, how people overrate Toxic I think it's because they grew up listening to it, and because of that it has that "classic" feeling. Understand that: Toxic is forgotten. Blank Space video alone is better than it. And yes, 1989 era is already bigger than ITZ era. When it's finished, it will be twice as bigger.
