No one uses them as receipts! only the press releases when an artist wants to boost about their achievements (especially nowadays since RIAA is sales + streams)

Rihanna is still the biggest selling digital artist of all time, this is for US only. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before Katy snatches her title back

Katy has multi-platinum albums, multi-platinum hits, airplay and streaming records, succesful tour AND she is global.

I don't care about your future predictions.

The PWT surpassed Taylor's biggest tour recently and Katy is performing at Super Bowl.
