Until the promo for it atleast, this song was done within the past week, I don't see how they would have managed to wrap it up and put it in the movie on time....
Quite easily - you can gets songs done in a day, honestly.
It's probably a ballad, so it doesn't really require a large amount of production apart from mixing and mastering (which don't take that long).
