The last time Selena came close to talking about Miley was at the 2013 VMAs when she was asked about her performance. She praised her too.

From what I'm being told on Twitter by various of people, Miley apparently shades Selena several times whether it's on Twitter or Instagram yet Selena never replies.
The only time that Miley's ever even been close to talking bad about Selena was when she shaded her fans for constantly nitpicking at her, which they do.
