She's constantly going on about chart placement and how good she's doing for being just her and two people. And she's also always talking about how she'd sign onto a label in a heart beat.

I don't think she cares, per se.

I think she's surprised at the success, and how much money she's generating without a label. Especially given the quality of music and videos she's able to put out. It's unheard of for an indie artist.

I don't think she would sign to a label "in a heartbeat"...because really she's about pushing the boundaries. Labels will NOT allow her to push boundaries. So in essence....what's the reason?

I used to work in artist management (at a major label now)...and some of the indie artists on our management roster made just as much as major label artists. You guys would be very surprised. No bull********.
