I've never been bullied. Made fun of yes. But I might have bullied a few people myself. I'm not proud of that.

I think everyone has bullied to some degree, but other people are full-fledge bullies..... they are the ones who target certain people constantly, and cause emotional or physical harm to certain individuals.... ex. beating them up, calling them mean names, pushing them around, etc. ..... which shouldn't be tolerated if it's continual.
