Sure her singles after Bang Bang were mishandled but The BRITS aren't going to take pity on Jessie for that. They don't care for the excuses and the bottom line is that those singles flopped and made little to no impact with their viewers. They want to nominate someone that is exciting and riding some hype, and right now Jessie is on a slippery downward slope.

I was just pointing out the fact that Jessie is still more popular than Ariana and Nicki in UK. I wasn't saying that Jessie should have received a nomination just for her popularity and her Queen of UK title, definitely not. I was trying to explain why Ariana and Nicki shouldn't get all of the credit for Bang Bang reaching the number one position in UK, because Jessie J is more popular than them and she's the main reason why the song went number one, actually.
Even if Jessie's year was uneventful as you say, I think that she still should have received a nomination for Best Single with Bang Bang. For example, let's take Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars, and their song Uptown Funk, which was nominated for a BRIT award. Let's just say that Ariana and Nicki were the reason why Bang Bang went number one as people above me said, but Uptown Funk somehow got nominated, still. Let's face it, Mark Ronson, who is the lead artist on Uptown Funk, wasn't the reason why it went number one on the charts and his year was pretty basic and uneventful as well, and let me add this fact - Bruno Mars isn't even British, and his year was uneventful as well, but it didn't stop Uptown Funk from getting a nomination. And that's why I fail to understand why Bang Bang wasn't nominated.
