the movie is like the most talked about movie rn, more than American Sniper and that pulled $107M over a similar four day weekend. Fifty Shades should be doing at least 60% of that. I really want it to hit 100M for the three day, let alone the four day.

i mean this debut is less than TFIOS' debut and that book didnt have the same buzz. it's a disappointment for sure, but this is early tracking. the movie is already Fandango's fastest selling R-rated movie in their history, and the fastest selling non-sequel movie since The Hunger Games.
