I outgrew Harry Potter, I thought I would love that shizz forever, but now I can barely keep from rolling my eyes whenever its brought up.

I also outgrew The Simpsons, legit thought I would watch that show for as long as they kept airing (or until I died, whichever comes first), now its so bad I actually switch the station when it comes on.

I think I outgrew Johnny Depp movies. I used to think he was a genius, now its like everything he makes is box-office poison that I won't touch and I rarely ever watch his old classics anymore.

Have you ever lost interest and moved on from something? Just a few years ago, I thought this would be impossible for me to give up.

I've outgrown a lot of songs, especially overly vulgar ones. It's so unnecessary.

Also some albums I should've never bought in the first place.

I pretty much gave up on Disney Channel in 2012 and Nick in 2013. I've only tuned in on rare occasions or when they have Nick at Nite or throwbacks.

Right? When I was a little kid it rocked. Disney was still good when I was in my teens, but it just went to crap once WOWP ended.

Nick was still ok but it also went to crap after iCarly ended.

Neither channel is good nowadays. I was at my ex-boyfriend's house (the one and only time I was there) for a Christmas dinner, and my stupid ass ex was glued to that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crap. It was so boring being on the couch with his nephews around and him watching WITH them and me just browsing Instagram and Youtube on my phone because dinner wasn't ready yet.

I used to love putting up and decoration the Christmas Tree. It was always so exciting. I would fight with my siblings for who puts the star on top of the tree.

Now I seriously cbf doing it lmao. I did it last year and I was so bored.

I outgrew cooking lmao. I used to LOOOOOVE cooking for my friends and family, I would always experiment with different dishes and recipes, but now I can't be arsed to do any of that.

yeah harry potter for me too. which makes me sad because i LOVED it so much, i read the books so many times, watched the movies so many times and those stories have kept me going when i thought I couldn't anymore.

i would even sometimes cry because it wasn't a real world and i couldn't go there.

and now i haven't even seen the movies in years and haven't picked up the books in years either. i think that's something i will look back and think about fondly but something that just doesn't really have space in my life anymore.

but i discovered tolkien so that's my new obsession anyway
