He's an okay president brought down by an extremely ineffective congress. Not the best but nowhere near close to the worst (that would be presidents like Taft, Harrison, Fillmore, Pierce, Buchanan).

American voters may not have realized it until after the presidential election, but they clearly indicated it in the mid-term election where Republicans took control. It was overwhelmingly obvious.
But he's nowhere near as good as I hoped he would be when he first got into office. I feel like he (and his wife) is more of a socialite than a president
