Which powerhouse diva dropped the superior turn-of-the-millennium Greatest Hits compilation?

All The Way... The second disc of The Greatest Hits was more like The Greatest Remixes and I don't really care for them. I Will Always Love You: The Very Best of Whitney is a much better compilation because the upbeat tracks are the actual tracks that were made popular, which is the whole reason people by a GH release anyway.

Whitney because it's more definitive. A lot of Celine's big hits are not included in All The Way.
