The "Kentucky Student Privacy Act," proposed by State Sen. C.B. Embry Jr., R-Morgantown, also would allow students to sue the school for $2,500 when they encounter a person of the opposite biological sex in a bathroom or locker room if staff have allowed it or failed to prohibit it.
"Parents have a reasonable expectation that schools will not allow minor children to be viewed in various states of undress by members of the opposite biological sex," Embry wrote in Senate Bill 76, filed this month in the state's General Assembly.
The bill, backed by the Family Foundation of Kentucky, would allow transgender students to ask for special accommodations, such as a unisex bathroom.
All I can think about is that video of a local school conference aired on the news where a woman was spewing ******** like "there will be more cases of rape..."

If you read the OP, they're clearly giving students the options of unisex bathrooms... a lot of schools allow nurse's bathrooms too.

Assaulted? That is an extreme, no one should be attacking anyone and there are punishments in place when that happens. On a regular basis, bathrooms are separated for a reason and this opens the door to anyone of any gender being able to walk into any restroom they want.

Yes they should. Please explain to me your reasons why someone who identifies as a girl and has for a while cannot use a girl restroom and vice versa??

Exactly. These rules aren't arbitrary or designed to alienate people with disorders/dysphorias. They're in place so that Bobby can't say "oh I'm a transgender girl" and then hook up with Sally in the girls' bathroom.
