Michelle Williams sweeps Stellar Awards with 4 nominations!
The Stellar Awards is the most prestigious awards show in the vast world of Gospel music and virtually equivalent to the Grammy's.
Back in 2002, when Michelle's #1 Gospel debut, Heart to Yours was one of the best-selling releases of the genre, Destiny's Child performed their "Gospel Medley" at the Stellar Awards with Michelle before she joined the legendary Shirley Caeser and choir for an amazing live rendition of "Steal Away to Jesus"; featured on both of their albums at the time.
Now Michelle Williams is nominated for four awards at the 2015 Stellar Awards; Song of the Year, Music Video of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year and Urban/Inspirational/Instrumental Single/Performance of the Year.
This adds to the pending NAACP Image Award nomination for Outstanding Gospel Album (Traditional or Contemporary) for Journey to Freedom and the Song of the Year win at the UK-based 2014 Gospel Touch Music Awards for "Say Yes".

The Dove Awards is focused around CCM, which is a rock-based sound ranging from acousitc to pop-rock to metal.
CCM = Contemporary Christian Music
One of my favourite CCM artists who wrote one of the greatest tracks, "Redeemer", is Nicole C. Mullen
Contemporary (Michelle Williams, Mary Mary, Deitrick Haddon, Kierra Sheard etc..) and Traditional Gospel Music is more akin to soul, r&b and jazz music.
I don`t know why is this shameless promotion is funny as hell.
Like who still care about Michel William in 2015, and she still has 1 big fan taking times to do all of this.
