Yeah, it's right in front of OUR faces..but Jen isn't looking, and there's no telling how lively the party is, or how long his hand was there. It could've been for a a few seconds while she was looking away..

Unless the guy and girl (not J.Lo) are really great friends, then Pedro has any right to post this. I would think the same thing. I wouldn't want my significant other putting their hands on someone else's leg like that.
It all depends on the situation, but this is just a snapshot of that. Pictures are hard to tell what the whole picture shows. We can only judge and assume.
