You can argue that white people are appropriating the cultures of people they had once down downtrodden or what not, but isn't men wearing drag the equivalent? Men wearing the clothing of women who they use to oppress?

Why is drag acceptable, but a white girl wearing a kimono and dread locks not ok?

Should people be confined to just their own cultures and have no cultural freedom?

Yes. You shouldn't have to answer to other peoples problems.

So you're saying that people can't be gay because loving a man is a woman's job and loving a woman is a man's job.

You are free to do whatever you want to your body.

One is gender and one is racially fueled, but it is strange. Men have the power to oppress women and to dress as them just as a white man has the power to oppress black people and dress as them (whatever that means). The only difference being that when women dress like mem there are no consequences, and when black men dress like white men (which is not possible, it's just an example) there are no consequences. One can dress like the only and not get bashed.

Side note: drag is fun and comedic whereas dressing like someone's race is not socially acceptable

but people don't even seem to be ok with the respectful borrowing like Iggy getting slammed everywhere for respectfully borrowing a southern accent and being called a racist for wanting a bigger butt.

That's because those things are associated with culture, whereas 'women's culture' isn't really a thing. One could argue that it's somewhat offensive to associate clothes with a gender in the first place.
