But I just told you how they are easily capable of performing something of the same style...
Anyway, I see I'm getting nowhere with you lot, but it sounds kind of arrogant to say you want her to perform only with prestigious artists, and ignorant to then cite Beyoncé as if she is one in the same way as Adele. Yes, Beyoncé's one of the most famous pop stars and people in the world, but what she's really renowned for is how innovative her performance and promotion is with the lights and the dancing and artistry of the visuals, not just the sound of her music like Adele. Ed or Hozier or Kelly or even Sam Smith are all more similar to Adele in that regard...singers rather than entertainers.
And frankly, this is all just talk, I don't see any as terribly likely, and I said how Ed and Adele would never happen in my first post on this topic, you don't need to repeatedly tell me how it isn't.
You're right,But personally I was thinking about something like this.Put Adele next to her and you'll have the perfect duet
Interesting I'm sure that makes an entertaining show And I wouldn't mind a Beyonce performance. I could also see a Kelly Clarkson performance that would work and I liked her Need You Now collabed performance
Anyways yeah Water and A Flame was pretty good and kinda interesting its her only official collab song at the moment ( I think)
I'd be fine with her singing with Kelly, P!nk, or Bey! Still waiting on a John Legend collaboration, though! And yeah, her "Need You Now" performance was great.
I LOVE "Water and a Flame". She did two songs with Jack Peñate where she did backing vocals on his songs, but they weren't as good. And she did "Many Shades of Black" with The Raconteurs, and "Be Divine" with Ricsta (which I still don't understand the point of).

I agree that Beyoncé is very different from Adele, but it's more that her voice would fit an Adele collaboration better than Ed Sheeran because his vocal range is higher. Plus, I know how bad Adele wants to sing with Beyoncé. And Beyoncé is on Adele's level of star power. You know what I mean? I mean... I'm open to an Ed Sheeran performance with her, but a Beyoncé performance is more realistic.
To Ed's vid: Yes, that could be great, but I kind of doubt they would do something so stripped for an awards show, and the only song that's really anywhere near that power caliber of Beyoncé's newer stuff is Pretty Hurts. So then, if it wasn't that, we'd see them performing a duet meant Adele's new album (which some have said they don't want, but the more I think about it could be a total smash), a new one-off single (which nobody really wants another of from Adele before the album), or a cover than could end up not displaying either well.
Dang, this is difficult. Adele should just solve all of it by performing her (solo) lead single in a few weeks
I'm not talking about realistic stuff, just dreaming lol
Same. I know Ed and Adele is very unlikely, but she's #1 and he's #2 in my book, so obviously them together would be a huge deal to me, just like Adele and Beyoncé would be to other people (not that that couldn't be awesome as well).

I never said I want her to only perform with only "prestigious artist". I just don't want her to perform with certain artists because of personal taste. Anyways I'm sorry if I offended you for saying I don't want an Ed Sheeran collab performance, however you are coming off a bit rude right now so please we are just having a discussion here.

Addict directly said the prestigious thing, not you. And I've already acknowledged this is just a discussion/talk, but you started off by being rude to me, I mean you could've just said you'd prefer her to perform with x, y, or z like I did to start rather than basically saying you're happy that my own "dream" collab will never happen, so I felt the need to speak defensively.
And yeah I think I just worded it weirdly, I do like her NYN duet.
Ichi didn't say he doesn't want you to fulfill your dreams and be happy,he said he doesn't like artistically like Ed and Adele together, wich is his respectable opinion.
I don't understand why you would consider that offensive.

No, after I commented that I would be "dead" if they collabed, he first said:

Tbh, I'm happy that it'll never happen sorry
He made no comment about how well or not well he likes them together artistically there, just that he's happy it's not happening. The fact that you then quoted that and said he's attractive when he's being "shady" adds to my point that his first post could've been taken as just being rude toward me, unless I'm missing something.

How can you not realize that there was nothing personal towards you in what he said?
Read between the lines, don't take it too literal! No one's here to attack you!

I don't know, how can you guys not realize I was trying to defend my point just like you guys are trying to defend yours? Perhaps you should read between the lines as well; when I say I think an opinion or statement of yours or of someone on your side is being arrogant or ignorant, that doesn't mean I think you or they are, just that I don't agree with it for said reasons

That's something really similar to what you've done before though.Think about it
Also let me just say one last thing:Irony or sarcasm are not meant to be hurtful, learn how to not take everything so seriously,I'm sure you'll enjoy it

I don't really remember that tbh, but again, when I specifically say that it sounds arrogant to say _________ or whatever, I am meaning that I'm taking your statements, not you personally, as being those things. Please keep that in mind as well.
The definition of sarcasm is ironic language used to intentionally "cut or give pain" to another, so its use is inherently hurtful
Anyway, yeah I probably do take things too seriously, but as soon as I respond in the same way I feel I'm being treated you all get all serious telling me I'm rude, so...whatever, really.
But it's never positive, though? You do it to show contempt in a humorous manner?
This is stupid, we're now debating who has the right to be offended, and how one can even be offended, not just about whether or not Bey or Ed or whomever should ever sing with Adele
I apologize to Ichi and Ed and whomever else I unintentionally offended with my comment, and I'm sorry I was offended when that was not your intention with yours.
