He's not really an A&R guy anymore. He's Bebe Rexha's manager, but used to be an A&R executive. He's the guy that signed Katy Perry to Capitol when he used to work there.

Apparently he was signed and wanted to collabwitg established singers. They told him e would work with some girl called Lady Gaga. He was mad , he apparently kept suing something like "I've already worked with new artists in Europe I'm done with that! I need to work with some big names" but apparently the minute he saw her walk through the hallway in an extravagant costume he was like "who is this crazy chick! Wow!" se then stuck her hand out and said something like "it's so nice to meet you! I love yor work! Now let's kill this!" and it's been history since then!
She used to baby sit his kid in the studio when he would go for dates with his gf/wife. Like omg if this is not chemistry then idk what is! They have history <3

Yeh he wanted to work with someone that was signed and they presented him Gaga which was just dropped and initially he didn't wanna do it but they insisted to meet "just for five minutes" and they worked for hours instead and their love child was born
