it's a fact he did not fill up her lift tank with air, the question is whether he forgot intentionally or accidentally

Thanks for posting that. That video was quite uncomfortable to watch - imagine being in poor Audrey's position, at 160 meters underwater and the only air you have until you get to the surface is in your lungs, no spare tank or anything. She would have realised she was going to die, and slowly and painfully started drowning. It's so horrible
I don't know how anyone can remain calm in a situation like that.
