An Indianapolis couple beat the odds when they claimed their second $50,000 Lucky 5 Hoosier lottery prize. Elinor and John T. Phillips of Indianapolis claimed the prize Thursday, less than five years after Elinor Phillips won $50,000 on the same game in 2004.
Yes! I'm kinda addicted to it I mostly play scratch tickets & sometimes play the lotto too. I also go to casino ships. because in Florida it's illegal to have casinos, so they do it on ships, so they can get off property & go to the ocean & gamble.
In my family we always give them to one another in bday cards as a lil extra something. I remember when i turned 18 i got 18 of them cuz i could actually leggally play for once my dad is cute sometimes
