This warrants a thread because of the HQ slayage and the fact that "This Time" was one of the underrated bumps of 2006. Not 15 year old Jojo being better than Demitria and Ariana today.

She have everything to put on far away to Ariana Grande and Demi Lovato, and the others greatest voices.

Always loved this song. I wish the album version would have come as hard as the live instrumentation though. This and the AOL version instrumental was so good with those guitars.

I love this song. The High Road is pure slayage,. Years later and it's still better than any Ari, Demi, Selena and Miley album.

She posted last week about her Dad going in for heart surgery, so perhaps this has held her up. Anyway, I'm not worried. She "only" started recording in April and perhaps the process is taking so long because she has had to start from scratch and can't use any of the hundreds of songs written over the past few years. Still hoping for some news by the end of the month.



By the way, I thought Atlantic don't use Vevo? I initially took this as a sign that things were happening behind the scenes, but come to think of it, kinda weird that a random video from her blackground era was posted there. Maybe Blackground are playing tricks.

I really hope Blackground dies a slow and painful death. They freaking wasted JoJo's talent and epic potential. so pissed every time I played the what-if scenario in my head of what JoJo could have had released in those wasted years.

The "High Road" era could have been much bigger if they had done a better choice with her singles choices. Clearly it should have gone:

"Too Little, Too Late"==>"This Time"==>"Coming For You"==>"Anything"

"How To Touch A Girl" was the pits for single treatment. It's a nice album filler, but it's sad that it was the last single we got from her.

Isn't she signed to Atlantic? How come this is on VEVO?
