The current system is fine. You get to know if anyone is "after" you. It'd be too messy if it was every post.

Yes. Not because I would want to target that person but I think the reporting would happen a lot less. Most people who report I'm sure are afraid of admitting it was them and they cowardly do it anonymously because they feel they have something to gain and/or make a game out of it.
