Yes it's real. It's posted on Nasa's official site. They have a panoramic shot of the moon. The spaceship is on it. Whoever that uploaded the photograph on their database failed to censor the space craft. The spaceship is as big as an entire city.

Google search "mothership" on the moon. The Japanese have their own satellite images too, more high-res.

Here's the photo from Nasa's database. You can see the mothership a little towards the right of the huge crater in the center. It looks like a submarine, but it's 3 km long. It's huge.
